We’re a bunch of software guys, who noticed we kept seeing – and solving – the same problems in the teams we worked with. We all started out as .NET software developers, before moving through different roles including leading and managing teams, architecture, and mostly coaching.
We’ve been consulting independently before joining forces under the Agile Labs banner to combine the best of our individual skills and experiences. We’ve worked with all sorts of teams from startups to industry giants.
We stay active in writing software, mostly writing our tooling to help software teams, as we firmly believe that first-hand relevant experience is essential in understanding the challenges other teams see.
We are active in the software community, speaking internationally at conferences about software development practices and architecture.
